Yes: The fever may be incidental, you could be getting i'll or feel feverish because of nausea. Headaches are not uncommon. If you are not sleeping well, have a history of insomnia or depression, consider Mirtazapine at 15 mg before bed. It works like zofran, helps sleep and mood and appears safe; otherwise use unisom, tylenol (acetaminophen) and zantac 150 mg per day until u see your doc. Good luck. ...Read more
