Since the symptoms of a mini stroke I've be getting headaches and tingling /numbness on left side of head could this be related please am so scared!!!
Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect. I might keep a careful diary of timing of these symptoms and explore why you feel like it is related to food.
