Since the symptoms of a mini stroke I've be getting headaches and tingling /numbness on left side of head could this be related please am so scared!!!
Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect. I might keep a careful diary of timing of these symptoms and explore why you feel like it is related to food. Be diligent: Be persistent and be honest with your Dr. Ask why they are not referring you or at least getting a brain scan to assure there is no underlying "pathology" to be seen.
