Lethargy for 2 wks, body core cold, chills the next week. Last 3 days all of that plus, nausea, vomiting, chills worse, some headaches. But no fever?
Infection?: Your symptoms sound most consistent with some kind of infection, but it is impossible to tell over just a text message what you are specifically dealing with. You need to see your primary care doctor for evaluation and treatment. Since it has already been going on for two weeks, I would not delay. Good luck.

Can you wait?: Have you ever been on hormones before? Usually symptoms will subside after a few weeks because everyone's body is different. If it doesn't improve then I would switch your combination.

7w pregnant, sore throat, chills, 100.6 fever, nausea/vomiting, headache, fatigue for 3 days now. How can I feel better without taking any medication?
Acute illness: This sounds viral, but getting a throat culture would be reasonable, and if positive for Strep then penicillin therapy is entirely safe during pregnancy. Suggest bed rest, lots of fluids, and massages from your partner. Best wishes for you to recovery quickly.See 1 more doctor answer

I was around someone with influenza now I have all symptoms except fever and nausea/vomiting. Can this be flu or more likely cold?
Influenza: Without a fever you don't have influenza. You probably have a cold. If you haven't had a flu shot get one. Even though the antigens in the shot don't exactly match the flu strain this year, it should offer some protection and make the flu less severe if you get it. Influenza is sudden (like you were hit by a truck), fevers, chills, runny nose, cough, diffuse aches and rarely GI symptoms.
Probably migraine: Migraines are the most common cause of frequent headaches, and they are often associated with nausea/vomiting. Otc pain meds can contribute to rebound/medication overuse headache, which causes the headaches to actually worsen in the long run. You should see a neurologist who can get you on a good preventative agent as well as a good acute agent (i.e. Triptan i.e. Imitrex) for the pain.

Migraines: Migraine problems can evolve and vary over time, and sometimes are affected by new medications, especially pain meds. Multiple new trigger such as neck arthritis, dental or jaw issues, or even recent infections or blood pressure issues may be playing a role. Your doctor can assist in trying some medications which may reverse the process.See 3 more doctor answers
Can't diagnose on: Line. But do recommend medical (neurological) eval to rule out out migraine or other types of headaches ; to develop a treatment plan.
Not related: The symptoms you describe are likely not related directly to the steroid shot. However, the steroid could have slightly lowered your immune defenses to infections, making you just a bit more prone to pick up a stomach virus and not you have viral gastroenteritis (doctor talk for the stomach flu). Rest, fluids, probiotics, low lactose, low residue - not lots of roughage- diet.
I am having sevear pain in my liver along with nausea and vomiting low grade fever should I go to be seen at a e.R?
Vomiting: Your pain may not be from your liver but from your gallbladder, so you need to have it checked. I would go to the er only if you have not been able to keep anything down and have not been able to hydrate yourself.
