I've been having bad headaches in the middle of my forehead, my temples and behind my eyes. I am sensitive to light and am constantly tired/ feel sick.

It is difficult to tell for sure but I am guessing you may have migraine headache, which is quite common. If your parent (s) or brothers/sisters have headaches, more likely you are too.
Migraine is very treatable and can be prevented as well. So, if you have not seen your doc about this, I would suggest getting evaluated.

Rule out changes 1st: If healthy then what has changed in the past few months that may have caused or contributed to these headaches?
