If it was something you ate, you should start feeling better after vomiting unless it was really a bad food poisoning associated with diarrhea and dehydration then you need IV hydration at the hospital. Could be something more significant, although your young age would generally argue against that. Possible migraine: It is difficult to tell for sure but I am guessing you may have migraine headache, which is quite common. If your parent (s) or brothers/sisters have headaches, more likely you are too.
Migraine is very treatable and can be prevented as well. So, if you have not seen your doc about this, I would suggest getting evaluated.

The blood likely is coming from inflammation and irritation in the nose. As long as there is no fever, worsening shortness of breath with more productive bloody sputum this should likely resolve quickly without antibiotics.
