Have 5 yr old girl complained of earache, gave her 2 equate childrens pain relievers, had cough and stuffiness gave her 1/2 oz triaminic nightime cough and cold, now has headache on crown of head and says head feels funny, should I take to hospital?

I noticed a small bump behind my left ear 3 weeks ago. Since I have another on crown of head and forehead. Should I be concerned? What are they?
Possible concern: The lump behind the ear is probably a lymph node which drains inflammation from the ear and scalp above it. So it's possible the things on scalp and forehead are foci of infection/ inflammation draining to the ear. Worst case is that the scalp is a skin cancer draining to the ear. Alopecia vs fungus: Child probably is developing alopecia. It would be important also to rule out a fungal infection of the scalp. Best would be to see a dermatologist who can do a Woods light examination and a KOH prep and tell you the diagnosis and treatment right away.
