Just started?: If this just started then I would suspect a viral infection. See an Urgent Care or your Family Doctor for evaluation. If you have had this for weeks or months then it is a little more difficult to say. I would suggest seeing your Family Doctor or a Rheumatologist for evaluation and blood work. Pharyngitis+/- sinus: This isn't the cold or flu. This could be bacterial or viral pharyngitis. It could also be sinusitis (you said you had a headache). The neck nodes are anterior cervical chain lymphadenopathy..it goes along with this. Most infections of this type begin to resolve around this time. Throat infection: The flu season is not at this time. It could be a viral illness though (just not the "flu"). With the duration, and a fever of 102, with persistent lymph nodes, I would get checked for possible bacterial infection (such as strep) as you may require an antibiotic.
