Unlikely major issue: Unless you still feel dizzy or off balance, and then would avoid alcohol until that clears. Make sure that any initial meds are not present as the effect of alcohol could be magnified. Otherwise, ok for a couple beers, not ok to get soused or drunk. Pituitary problem?: Hi. All that sounds very suspicious for a pituitary problem. It's probably unrelated to the 10 years of narcotics you were on, but narcotic withdrawal does need to be considered.
