I regularly have fever chills headache diarrhea aches all over. I was in Africa in 1988 and the symptoms happen more and more often. Is it malaria ?

Important thing here is to control the symptoms....Fever meds, hydrate, simplify diet or go very bland. Seek help: The concerning part of your history is the dizziness. If you are having significant amounts of loose stool/diarrhea and limited oral intake, it's possible that your are dehydrated with low blood pressure.
