Concussion: Some people may have a post-concussive/traumatic headache. If the headache is accompanied by other symptoms (tinnitus, difficulty concentrating, irritability) then you might have post-concussion syndrome. Improvement in symptoms is based on many factors including severity and location of the concussion. See a neurologist for evaluation. Http://www. Webmd. Com/brain/post-concussion-syndrome Read more

Could be dental: If you've had any recent or previous dental procedures done, where your mouth was kept open for a long period of time, this could theoretically cause iatrogenically induced TMJ to occur, which is the temporal mandibular joint. If that's the case, this actually that involves the neck and head too, referring into the eye area. Bruxism or grinding teeth can too. Both can be treated successfully by a holistic dentist, or also cranial dentist. Read more

Possibly migraine: Do you have other associated symptoms (light sensivity, noise sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, visual aura that precedes the headache)? These associated symptoms (you don't have to have all of them) would point towards migraine as the cause. Read more
