If so, it's a post-spinal headache. Drink lots of fluids and caffeinated beverages (not you, "her") & call your obstetrician and tell him/her that you think "she" has a post-spinal H/A. Not dangerous : hot sex may cause pelvic congestion which may set off bad menstrual symptom s. Or this is coincidence. Lots of over 40s have strong ovulation and hormones therefore bad symptoms.
