SINUSES: The symptoms you mention may b due to a blocked frontal sinus! Speal with your Primary Care Professional. A simple skull x ray will rule this out

This backs up the blood being pumped from the heart to the periphery which for your upper body is your head. If people have herniated discs the pain can be worse with bending forward, but that would be uncommon in your age.
