Yes: Definitely possible. It is possible for it to be caused either by use (which is more likely) or withdrawal, which is possible as well. Amphetamine withdrawl, if you have it, will set in in the first day or two after discontinuing use. I would not exoect symptoms to show up a month after stopping.
