When I lay down on my bed with my head on certain position my head spin also when I stand suddenly l lose balance?
BPPV: This is likely benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Annoying as heck, but not to worry about. It is due to crystals that have gotten out of position in the inner ear and they usually work their way back into place. 2 possibilities: You may have BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). This is a self-limited inner ear problem caused by loose otoconia (calcium carbonate stones) in the inner ear which move with position.
