Lupus sores: Ulcerations ( sores) can occur on any mucus membrane which is the entire GI tract as well as vaginal tract .The ANA is high would seek medical attention from rheumatologist because may be flare and only proper lupus treatment will resolve the ulcers. Check for concommitant herpes I infection ( treat w/ acyclovir), check TSH, Gargling/swishing with salt water 2-3x/day may limit added infection ...Read more

Flu?: You may just have the flu or another viral infection which causes skin rash also. If the rash lasts just hours only to reappear elsewhere, try antihistamine.
