Vision seems dim when reading words,not any other time. When I look at words fuzzy until I blink.Sides of my head pulse thoughout the day but no pain.
I was sick and I would get really bad headaches and they went away but now I get these random head pulses that last about three seconds. What is this?

Laying down or sitting down side of head twitch or pulse. Not always but throughout the day. No pain associated with it. Why?

If timing of pulse: rate in head is consistent with pulse in carotid artery, then you are feeling a migraine (vascular) sensation. You did not mention pain. Perception of sensations which people cannot see & do not understand are commonly interpreted in quite distorted ways which often do not reflect what is actually happening.
