Feeling kind of dizzy when standing and slight head pressure/tension. No nausea or vomiting and no severe head pain. Serious? Aneurysm?

Probably migraine: Sinus headache is also a possibility, but it is usually accompanied by yellow or green nasal discharge. Meningitis is a consideration as well, especially if there is fever, in which case make it quickly to an ER. Otherwise try Migralex (it's in CVS) or Advil and if these don't help, see a doctor for a prescription for Imitrex (sumatriptan). ...Read more
Suggest you see an : ENT and audiologist for full evaluation. Ringing in the ears is usually from hearing loss and is not reversible but can be caused by some meds. You don't list any here.
