Pain in the head and: Not quiet sure your symptoms are inter related. As your head pain is related to the neck movements it could be originating from the neck itself, may be arthritis related.

If this just happened & you have not had this before, to you it may seem very worrisome. For now rest ice NSAIDS if you are able, & activity modification.
