See pediatrician: It is difficult to diagnose the bump without examining it. Because it isn't painful, most likely it isn't an acute infection. It may be a cyst or a lymph node. Please make an appointment with your pediatrician to evaluate your baby. Most likely it is nothing to worry about. Be well! ...Read more
When I pull my foreskin back in the bath when its softed it ok till I get hard and my head got purple and feels like it burning any anwsers?
You may have a condition called phimosis--the foreskin is too tight forming a ring around the head (glans penis) during an erection. Because it isa too tight, blood does not circulate normally and thus can cause symptoms you mentioned. This is treatable. I recommend seeing doc for eval.

My daughter hit the back of her head in the bath tub what are the signs of a concussion? I put ice on her head so far.
If I have a shower I have no problems. If I have a bath, after 10 min, my head itches very strong. Why? Is it a symptom of dermatitis seborroic?
?: I can't think of a mechanism for this since showering would involve your scalp but bathing likely not. There is a condition known as cholinergic urticaria in which intensely itchy red bumps would develop after a rise in core body temperature, but this does not fit your picture. It is also not suggestive of seborrhea. Suggest you see a dermatologist. ...Read more

Vertigo: You describe symptoms of vertigo. This can be from decreased blood flow to the balance center of the brain or to a disorder in the ears. My hair is falling down when I take bath or applying oil on head. How to stop this. Is there any problem of applying shampoo while taking bath.
Probably not: Unless your hair becomes dirty or you've been perspiring a lot. Most specialists recommend shampooing hair 2-3 times per week instead of daily if possible if you are losing hair excessively. Over shampooing can dry the scalp. Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo has helped some with hair loss also. Biotin supplements too. If your hair loss is patchy, you should see your Dr to rule out other causes. ...Read more
My 8mo baby takes a bath sitting, and when I rinse, I pour water from her head. Is it fine? Wont the water get inside her ears?
Won't hurt...: If you are concerned, you should help minimize getting water in her ear by shielding it and pouring the water more on that side of her head, and then do the same thing on the opposite side of her head protecting her other ear. Even if she gets some water in her ear, it will eventually drain out and dry. ...Read more

Needs evaluation: This may reflect an infection (such as balanitis), which may sometimes develop as a result of hygiene issues, because this is a difficult area to keep clean. I bumped my head on the bath tub and I wasn't taken to the hospital. I have a prob with my memory, is my brain damaged?
Not likely: No individual opinion can be offered - but if it was just a bump and there were no associated problems like loss or alteration or consciousness, nausea, vomiting, headache, visual disturbance, diziness or amnesia generally this would not be considered a brain injury. Severity of injury and concussion is associated with lower or higher risk. But, seek evaluation for memory problems. ...Read more
