Yes it is possible: Yes, one can have symptoms of sinusitis without having cold like symptoms. I have treated patients for sinusitis after they have presented to me for periocular, forhead and sometimes even unusual complaints. I use ct-scan if I am suspecting sinusitis even if they have been treated for presumed inflammation. These patients may present with pressure around the eyes and even unusual headaches. ...Read more

Migraine?: Sided-headaches with eye-findings sounds like may be migraine origin. Good if nsaids relieve symptoms. Hyperthyroidism: Hyperthyroidism is an over active thyroid which can lead to anxiety eg nervousness as well as exophthalmos or protrusion (proptosis) of eyeball which might be experienced as pain/pressure. Not likelyBut see Dr: Most cerebral aneurysm's aren't symptomatic until they rupture. Occasionally the rupture is preceded by 1-2 weeks of increasingly severe headache as the aneurysm expands prior to rupture. Because of the above, headache for two months is unlikely to be due to an aneurysm. Especially if you have had similar headaches in the past. Eye pain and fatigue are not symptoms of aneurysm. You need to be seen: If you have a history of these prior issues, it is possible that it could be recurring again or something different. Any time there is blurred vision and eye pain one must be seen urgently to diagnose the problem that will likely need treatment.
