No.: You may still have a molar pregnancy, even if a heartbeat was seen (partial mole). I would still be concerned about a complete mole given such a high hcg. Even a twin pregnancy doesn't normally go that high. ...Read more

Yes: Twin pregnancies can occur in that fashion, however if the tubal pregnancy progresses pain and abnormal bleeding can occur. The HCG values will only reflect the dominant contribution of the intra uterine pregnancy. ...Read more
