Possible: It is always possible that you may be pregnant when you miss a period. Because you have pcos, it's hard to know if you are pregnant or simply skipping periods. Symptoms of pcos can mimic symptoms of pregnancy as well. If the tests have been negative it is unlikely that you're pregnant. Needs repeat: A BHCG of 7 is very low. In fact a BHCG of less than 5 means that someone is not pregnant. If I were your physician I would order a repeat test to see if the number is going up or down to help determine what is going on in this case. ...Read more
