Is free beta HCG different from HCG they measure in early pregnancy? If HCG was elevated at 5w5d, does this mean my HCG will be high at quad screen?

First cycle clomid (clomiphene).
Estradiol 1983 Pmol/l
LH 65.82 Miu/ml
Progesterone 8.45 Nmol/l
Dr said don't need HCG trigger shot? Is this ok?
My hormone levels one day before my period are-Estradiol=60.53 pg/ml; FSH= 4.9 mIU/ml; LH 3.6 mIU/ml. Are they perfect for a female for conception?

If you want to know more about your ovulation, you would check your progesterone 1 week before your period. So not sure what to make of hormones drawn at this time. ...Read more
Lab range for HCG values on report states gestational age 0.2-1 week expected range 50 -500, 1-2 weeks 100-5000, 3-4 weeks 500-10000. Is this fetus age not gestational (ieLMP dated) age given first 2 wks are leading up to ovulation ie no HCG produced?
Fetal or embryo age: Because there is is no fetus until 2 weeks into a pregnancy (yes, it's an odd but standard way of counting dates), there is no bHCG until after 2 weeks gestational age. Also, the bHCG is not detectable until implantation, because the bHCG needs to be able to get from the embryo into the uterine lining, into the mother's circulation, into the mother's blood or urine sample. ...Read more
