Hello, my hCG levels on my lab were 9, 000. Is that too low? I'm 4 weeks pregnant.

I have a cyst and I'm 4 weeks pregnant my HCG level is 2400 but the doc doesn't see my babe what could b wrong?

Just found out am 4 weeks pregnant, but my hcg levels droppes from 47 to 31. Please what does that mean?
