My hCG level was at 42 exactly 7 days ago. Today still testing positive for pregnancy (HPT) miscarriage was induced thru tablets (cytotec) on 6/10/14.
HCG after cytotec (misoprostol): It's common for it to take a couple of weeks for the beta-HCG level to drop low enough to be undetectable by home pregnancy test. Rarely, it can take up to 6 weeks to drop below detectable. If you're worried, you can get a blood HCG test to get a more specific result but that's not often necessary or recommended. ...Read more

Jan17 my hCG levels:15, 968 -today 7 days later 36, 600 I am 6 weeks 1 day pregnant according to ultrasound, is this normal or can it be a blighted ovum?
Likely ok: Once the HCG levels get high they don't tend to double every 2-3 days. So now an ultrasound is a better way to check for or confirm viability. ...Read more
Hcg levels - 6wks levels were 2000, 7.5 weeks levels were 9000. Slow rising, but rising. Should i be concerned of a miscarriage?
Have there successful pregnancies with these #s: falling hCG levels from 4598 on 1/7 to 4264 on 1/11 to 4230 on 1/14? Saw fetal pole, no hb, on 1/9.
Not good News: I am sorry to tell you this , but once the beta declines in early pregnancy, there is basically a zero percent chance of a normal & viable pregnancy. I am sorry for your loss and th emotional roller coatser you must be feeling. It is very clear, though, that a miscarriage does not change your future fertility at all not does it increas eyour chances of having anouther miscarriage in the future. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Last sex 5.05. On 8.06 i took blood test hCG beta hormon level 7, 6. After seven days i made home pregnancy test it was negative. I'm i pregnant?
Don't think so.: The beta HCG level of 7 is very low- if a urine pregnancy test was negative 7 days later then it sounds like your hormone levels declined after the 8.06 test -instead of increasing, as they should have with a normally progressing pregnancy. There is a small chance of getting a false negative home pregnancy test and you could check it again or get another beta check to be sure. But most likely not. ...Read more
Last sex 5.05. On 8.06 i took blood test hCG beta hormon level 7, 6. Im not preg. Why my beta is higher then 5?
Possibly pregnant: The HCG test you had was equivocal, meaning you could be pregnant, but it is too early to be sure. You should do another in a few days. ...Read more
If my HCG blood level was a 7 and then four days later it was at 37 is that at a normal healthy production rate for pregnancy?
In 5 days my HCG level has gone from 854 to 7,925. Is this normal? It more than doubled every 48hrs.
Probably: HCG doubles usually every 48hours in the first 4weeks of pregnancy but doubling time increases as pregnancy advances. You are doubling every 1.6days or 38hours. Not sure of how far along you are but puts you in the range of 5 to 6weeks which still has your HCG at the normal level. For optimum pregnancy start antenatal care early. So see your OB as soon as possible. All the best ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
