Why is weightloss injections b12(1cc)&hcg(half cc) bad or unsafe(without 500calorie plan;just a reg weightloss prog), &what r the side effects?
It is safe: The HCG diet requires strict adherence to the original 500 calorie diet in order to work the way it is supposed to.
