Not likely: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a bit of a misnomer, one needn't have a 'cyst' to have the diagnosis. Having said that, a lot of women have paraovarian cysts without PCOS, as well. PCOS is more of an endocrine disorder, than a problem with cysts. Yes late ov but pg!: The charts detailing your gestational age include 2 weeks prior to your ovulation. The charts are set as if everyone ovulated on day 14. If you set your ovulation day as day 14 your corrected lmp would be 10/6/13. The HCG levels on 11/4 and 11/6 are appropriate with this date.
