Consult specialist: Recurrent pregnancy loss (rpl) is a frustrating and emotionally charged problem with many causes. Find a physician with an interest in managing rpl and discuss the evaluation and treatment options. Some patients need addl progesterone, some a blood thinner, some Insulin or metformin. Other Labs?: I hope your thyroid has been checked and is normal. Although typically those with low thyroid causing weight gain are short and you are rather tall! It is probably a simple matter of more calories taken in than you are burning off which is putting you in a positive calorie balance resulting in weight gain. Exercise: The HCG approach to weight loss is not recommended by multiple reputable medical organizations and fda (http://www.Fda.Gov/forconsumers/consumerupdates/ucm281333.Htm) clinical trials show no extra weight loss beyond diet alone. Sure, but...: Those no carb diets all work by the same mechanism every diet on earth works by: less calories in. The key is that if you eat enough calories to gain weight but do it from fats and protein alone, it'll make you sick, so most people end up eating substantially less.
