From what you described, it is very unlikely that you have ovarian cancer. It is not feasible to say, what it may be, without examining you. If the matter is of concern, you should see a doctor at your convenience.

More info: How long have you been feeling this way? Have you had a fever? Have you vomited? Have you had any stool changes? Are you feeling more anxious or stressed out lately? Could be a virus. Could be: It certainly could be. However, if its associated with movement it could be round ligament syndrome. Constipation usually gets better with a bm. Round ligament pain gets better with rest and tylenol (acetaminophen). Depend on how high it could also be gas pain or even a kidney stone (less likely). ...Read more
