I have had a low grade fever 98.8 to 99 for 2 days and eyes burning with fatigue. What could this be? Should I go to the doc asap?

Viral?: Neither ibs nor gerd is associated with a fever. But if your symptoms get worse or persist for many days, do consult your doctor.
