Low grade fever, chills, nausea, headache, burning eyes, for the last three weeks, 70 year old woman, healthy otherwise and Active?
Fever: Fever and chills usually means your body is trying to mount and attack against an infectious process (viral or bacterial) and with a headache and burning eyes I'd guess maybe a sinusitis. Best see your doctor and take some Aspirin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for now to help with the symptoms. ...Read more

Viral?: Neither ibs nor gerd is associated with a fever. But if your symptoms get worse or persist for many days, do consult your doctor. I suspect what you may have is likely a viral infection at your age, pregnancy is always a consideration but there should not be a fever associate with it (if you have indeed measured your temperature and it was >100 degree). ...Read more
