Sleep hygiene &...: I fully agree with dr. Fowler's suggestions re: sleep hygeine. You might also consider taking 3000 mg of the Amino Acid glycine at bedtime. See http://blog.Healthdirectusa.Com/516/glycine-for-better-sleep-and-improved-antioxidant-protection/ the Amino Acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-htp) has also been shown to improve sleep quality, but i advise trying glycine first as 5-htp may have side effects. ...Read more
