I've started getting migraines, speech problems, and memory loss. I haven't slept well in months. Could it be sleep deprivation? How do I fix it?
Possibly: Sleep deprivation as a possible migraine trigger is a realistic concern. The broader and probably more impotant question is why aren't you sleeping well. That may be the cause of not just sleep deficit, but also the migraine and other issues you describe. See your physician. Maybe also a psychologist/psychiatrist. I haven't been sleeping very well lately and just a few months ago I was diagnosed with pcos. Could this be associated?
Possibly: Pcos in itself doesn't usually cause insomnia or difficulty sleeping. But not knowing exactly what pcos is may cause some anxiety and some depression which may lead to difficulty with sleep. Yes: Ambien if taken every night without a several day break occasionally will get less effective. You should always do well with 10 mg.
