You may need a medic: If your pain doe snot settle down within 7-10 days you will require a doctor to examine your foot and do x-rays of the foot bones. This is one way to find the cause of your foot pain. Anything that hurts with weight bearing points to bones of the foot as the cause. I have pain on top of my foot, mainly when i walk. Half way of the foot toward the left side of the left foot the pain started about 2 weeks ago, it happened after the pain in my heel disappeared

Without : Without more information, it's impossible for me to give you a meaningful answer. If you've been having heel pain and walking in such a way as to avoid pain in your heel, it's possible the pain you're getting now is just from overuse in walking to avoid pain.
