Need more info: It's hard to believe that in 3 years you have not had medical attention for these symptoms. There are several conditions that can cause your complaints. Please make an appt with your family physician who I am sure will do a complete physical exam and perhaps order some blood tests and an imaging study. ...Read more

Have a medical check: You should go see your doctor and have them check you and run some simple tests like a CBC and platelet count. I hope you do not have low platelet count. This would be my first thought. But many blood disorders can cause bruising especially if the platelets counts are low due to lack of production in the bone marrow or increased consumption like in itp. ...Read more
