Need more info: It's hard to believe that in 3 years you have not had medical attention for these symptoms. There are several conditions that can cause your complaints. Have a medical check: You should go see your doctor and have them check you and run some simple tests like a CBC and platelet count. I hope you do not have low platelet count.
