Antihistamine now!: When you have acute symptoms, take an antihistamine by mouth, such as cetirizine 10mg (Zyrtec) or fexofenadine (Allegra) 180mg, cold compresses to eyelids and face, also eye drops such as ketotifen. If this does not do the job, see a physician. If it happens often, you should see an allergist/immunologist.

Contact Peds ASAP: Eye infections in babies can be very serious, and swelling in the face could indicate cellulitis (infection spreading into the face). Please contact your pediatrician immediately regarding this, as antibiotics may be immediately necessary. Also take note that this can be highly contagious, even to adults.

Urgent: This can be a facial cellulitis (skin infection) and that is an emergency. You should seek medical care immediately if you have not yet had medical care. If you are not under treatment the infection, if present, can spread to the veins leading to the brain.

Allergy: Itching and swelling are common symptoms of allergy. One might start by identifying and avoiding the offending allergen. Anti-allergy tablets can be helpful. Rinsing out the eyes and nose with water a few times per day can help. Ice packs can help relieve swelling and itching. If these strategies are not effective, one should see a doctor in person.

See a dentist ASAP: The most common cause for dental pain are inflammations and not infections. Antibiotics are rarely required and should only be used as an adjunct to dental treatment for infection since they may complicate further outcome. Take the NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) to control pain and see your dentist ASAP.

im hashimotos n bloodwrk showed post for gene for celiac feels like my eyes are swollen n body but don't look swollen can celiac b cause?

Unlikely: Protein losses can result from intestinal disease such as celiac disease and result in edema consisting of swelling around the eyes. Kidney diseases can do the same. However, your doctor can do routine blood tests to exclude this or make a diagnosis. Allergic eye reactions are more common.

Yes /no: You may have Hashimoto's (thyroid enlarged?) but it does not appear to be the cause for your symptoms especially when there is no evidence of thyroid function issues. See your doctor.

Got hashimotos thyroiditus. Starting levotirox. Feeling weak at the moment, strong head pressure and strange eye feeling, neck pain and ears blocked?

It takes time: It takes time for the medication to build up to correct the hypothyroidism. The current symptoms however are not common in hypothyroidism. It could be a cold or something else causing them and not necessarily the hashimoto's or the pill doing it.
