Specific picture.: Somethings just can't be evaluated without actually seeing the issue at hand. I fear that this is one of them. Randomly occurring skin discolorations are sometimes impossible to explain, let along come up with a treatment plan. Had an impact injury on foot. When i point my toe downwards hard, and bring it back up, my Achilles tendon in the two spots on both sides hurts bad.

Achilles tendon : Sounds like you injured your achilles tendon. If there is even a small chance of a partial tear, you need to treat this, may need mri, need to immobilize ankle.
