It is most likely: An "old" clotted hemorroid! These wind up as tiny lumps (old clots) in one of the small veins!
You can easily have this checked out in a routine office visit to your PCP (Primary Care Provider. With a simple rectal exam!

Its an external: Hemmorhoid, and it will go away in a week or so. Sit in a bathtub of warm water for 15 mins several times a day, and use anusol cream on it as the directions say. It will get more sore over the next few days. Take ibuprofen for pain. And keep your stools soft-drink lots of fluids and get a stool softener like colace (docusate sodium)and use it several times a day. You will gradually get better. ...Read more

You have hemorrhoid: This is a hemorrhoid. Get steroid cream and stick it waaay up there. U know where. It could pop on you, cause bleeding. Unless its a lot don't worry about it. If it keeps happening, see a GI doctor to get rid of them. Don't strain hard. Eat fiber to keep stool soft. Cream should take care of it for now though.
