It is very hard to stop cold, thus i recommend you to reduce the amount of cigarettes, or switch to lighter dose of nicotine (ultralight or light) in the cigarette. Venous malformations: Venous malformations can be anywhere in the body. Some are completely asymptomatic and others can cause issues with pain, pressure, bleeding, infection etc. Palatal ones are more rare, and i would suggest being treated in an academic medical center with a multidisciplinary team that addresses vascular malformations.
