Hard Lumpy Stool
Friend 54yr had Cauda equina syndrome,had surgery 6yr ago.He was on laxative,he stopped a month ago.Now has soft/hard & lumpy stool with drop of blood?

Behavioral problem: Eating habits. eat more salads, vegs., whole wheat bread, fruit and enough water. regular exercise. don't take any laxatives. be very punctual in ur habit same time daily try even if negative.. In our book of Wright's physiology in London, one person will go to all 22 toilets on Metro way and another person will not go to toilet for 1 year. So ur very normal.
