It's a lymph node: Considering that you have eczema on your scalp, it is most likely a lymph node that got stimulated to enlarge. You can tell that it is not a bone by trying to move it under the skin. If it moves, it is not a bone. If your eczema is infected, the lymph node will stay enlarged, i would suggest that you have a doctor take a look. ...Read more

See MD to b safe : Probably should have it checked out by a doc to be on safe side. If it is not growing larger that's a good sign, but if it's hard and not moveable that "could be" a more serious growth. Hard to say without an actual exam. ...Read more

Cyst: Its probably a cyst. At some point, if it grows, causes problems, or you just don't like it, surgical removal ca be done. Usually an outpatient procedure with local anesthesia. You should have it looked at by your primary care provider on be sure. Hope this helps! ...Read more
