You need : To be seen like at a clinic even at a Walgreens or other drugstore where antibiotics can be prescribed. It is possible you have an abscess that need drainage. For now buy Domeboro and dissolve a packet on water and apply soaks to your armpit for 15 minutes 3 times a day. Along with antibiotics may save you from needing drainage.Best ...Read more

Lymph node: A hard lump under the arm is most likely an enlarged lymph node, there so many causes for enlarged lymph nodes most common is infections, local or systemic, but if it is only one gland it is usually due to local infection, you need to take him to his pediatrician to check him, make proper diagnosis & R/O other causes for this lump. Yes: Unsure of where specifically you are speaking of, but it could be a lymph node and unsure if you are male or female as I do not see it above, but axillary lymph node swelling needs to be checked. It may be absolutely nothing to worry about, and most likely is, but it would be best to rule out scary things first. Is it in your armpit? Any breast masses?
