Pain in right lower back, right buttock, right upper&inner thigh & right foot. Essentially feels like nerve pain, have small twist in spine. Y this pain?
What's your question: "lump in top of [my] leg" could be due to many things. If you're describing groin area where thigh joints pelvis, this might be a hernia or swollen lymph node (gland). Hematoma or bleeding could do this. Infection, too, even abscess, if red & painful. Severely broken bone but i think you'd have a pretty good idea of that. Hives? But those are temporary & itchy. Lipoma: Sounds like they may be lipomas which are benign encapsulated accumulations of fat. An examination by your provider can confirm this is the case. Very rarely is any additional testing needed to make this diagnosis. ...Read more

Swelling in left breast, collar bone, armpit, and shoulder blade area in the left half of my back. A hard bone like lump above my left breast.
I have a large dent in my lower right leg and it hurts to walk and causing my foot to swell. Also lower back pain but no dent in lower left leg.
Please explain DENT: I'm not getting the visual on what you mean by "dent" unless you are swollen up and down your leg with one area being concave "down" for lack of a better description due to the amount of swelling or fluid retention happening. I wouldn't be so sure that the "dent" is causing the foot to swell as much as whatever's causing the leg to swell (resulting in the denting) is also causing the foot to swell. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

First noticed reasonably large, hard lump on lower leg after injury (gouge taken out of leg) 7 years later, it's still there. Could this be a problem?
Not necessarily: It's difficult to say based on the info you provided. As is the lump in the deep muscle, superficial skin or bone. If it's in the bone, it could be related to a bone callus. If its the deeper muscle, it could be myositis ossificans, which is a calcium deposit in the muscle after truama. Skin wise, that could be a hypertrophic amongst other things. Usually are only problems if create pain. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I was bitten by a dog 5 weeks ago and still have a hard lump on lower leg, what could this be? I haven't much feeling on the lump but sore around it
Scar tissue: Most likely the hard lump is scar tissue. As the wound heals, scar tissue forms and it is more dense and feels harder than normal skin. It would be unlikely this far out to have a wound infection, but If there is increased redness, swelling, pain or red streaks, I suggest being seen. I hope this helps. ...Read more

Lumps and Bumps: Hi, sorry you are not feeling 100%. Bumps or lumps on people always cause alarm, but seldom are harmful. Many times it is fat cells, (lipoma) which is a benign, soft , lump under the skin. See your doctor soon for exam. Take care, and good luck! ...Read more
