I am currently 2 weeks postpartum, I did not breast feed...woke up this morning with a tender hard immovable lump in breast. What can this be?
Be examined: It may be a blocked milk duct but impossible to diagnose without an exam. See your doctor for an exam and consider an US. If it is red warm and tender it may be an area of infection.
