ENT monitoring is al: Your ENT doctor can easily detect Cancer in the throat, if it was there. So, as long as you are being monitored by your ENT doctor there is little reason to worry unless there is a progressive growth on your tonsil. Tonsil stone: What you are describing sounds like a tonsil stone. They are fairly common and are formed by debris in the mouth and throat that collect in the crypts, (holes), in the tonsils.
