Folliculitis?: Could be mild bacterial infection with staph. There are other possibilities amd the description is not enough. Molluscum????: From your description it could just be a case of molluscum contagiosum or folliculitis. It's still safer to see your general practicioner, but i recently had similar symptoms and they turned out to be molluscum.
