Location concerning for HPV papilloma/wart, ingrown hair, external hemorrhoid, scarring of some kind, early abscess, molluscum contagiosum, maybe even Bartholin gland cyst or other gland pathology. Difficult to say?: Without a look-see, it would be hard to say what is going on. It could be a very minimal problem or two problems and one exacerbating the other. These may be normal glands that are prominent and then irritated by a vaginitis or may be something more serious.
