Hard, small, white bump in inner corner of eye, no head, will not pop or go away, been there for about 6 weeks, no visible head, what is this?

Growth on eye

Vision
This small white bump may represent a small cyst or blister. In this case, there is nothing to do about it as long as it's not bothering you. This also may represent a normal structure on your eye. If it persists, have an ophthalmologist evaluate it.

Please describe these bumps on the corner of my eye crease?

Skin tags

Head-eye
If they are not red and sore, probably just benign growths like skin tags. If they are growing or changing color, have them checked out by a doctor

I have little white bumps on the corner of my right eye. It isnt affecting my vision, but is sore and slightly painful to the touch. What could it be?

Eyeball or lid?

Vision
If the little white bumps are on the edge of the lid, it could be blepharitis/Meibomian gland dysfunction. Try hot compresses and gentle q-tip scrubs after a shower to try to get rid of these. An ophthalmologist (eye MD) can help if this doesn't work. IF the bumps are on your eyeball, they may be a pingueculae, which are benign and found at the 3:00 and 9:00 positions next to your cornea

Why do i have these tiny bumps in the corner of my eyes?

Cysts and others

Head-eye
Cysts are common around the eyes, and these are usually fluid filled and of various size. On the white of the eye, small growths called pinguecula are on either side of the colored part of the eye, and may be yellowish. These are benign and rarely cause any problem. On the lids, some people will have tiny viral growths called papillomas, which are also benign.

Whats causing red blood shot dry eyes with constant hard crust in eyes with bumps top and bottom of eyelid?

Blepharitis

Dry_eyes
I see you posted several questions about lid darkness, irritated eyes, etc. Lid margin disease can exacerbate dry eye and cause redness of both the lids and eyes. Also causes crusting. Try warm compresses for 5 - 10 minutes followed by lid scrub pad such as Occusoft or similar brand. I recommend you see an ophthalmologist for further evaluation as you may need additional diagnosis and treatment
