Very wide variety:
Eggs are among the most nutrient-rich foods, containing all essential amino acids, all B vits., Vit A & D, trace minerals including selenium, iodine and molybdenum and Omega 3 fatty acids.
They do NOT raise cholesterol and can be eaten liberally but I strongly advise choosing organic (ideally pastured) eggs.

Are there any disadvantages of a strict egg diet? I am doing cardio and strength training and eating only hard boiled eggs for protein. Is this fine?
Is it bad to eat 2-3 hard boiled eggs a day? I love them & eat them as a source of protein. Also eat approx 3 cans tuna a week? Is mercury a problem?
Sort of yes to both:
It is better to have a mixed diet with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Boiled eggs are fine, as long as your cholesterol is normal. Mercury in tuna is a concern, but depends on the source of tuna and it is nor feasible to provide an opinion without testing the contents of the tuna cans.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Diet's not the key: Despite all the hoopla, most pathologists remain skeptical about diet as key to cardiovascular health. Several major, good studies show no effect. It's more important that you exercise and avoid smoking. Further, your food choices are unlikely to impact your height, especially from now on, but protein will help you build muscle, which is entirely under your control. Enjoy your eggs. ...Read more

Hello. Are 2 hard boiled eggs cut in half a great source of protein just like chicken, or any other types of meat?
Eggs are such a good and complete source of amino acids/protein that they are the standard to which other foods are compared for adequacy of protein.
It is wise to choose organic eggs and ones that are pasture-raised if possible.
