Vitamins/thrush: If your baby is taking a vitamin supplement, those usually are orange and can make the tongue appear an orange color.

Also, newborns can get oral thrush, which makes a white coating on the tongue. This white coating is easily dyed by vitamins.

Wrong facts: Vagus nerve does not go to the hand.
The ulnar nerve gets pinched at the elbow most usually to cause hand atrophy but an also be injured at the wrist or from the nerve root level in the neck.
