I am dialysis patient. Doing since last 6 years. I had line in my neck n when they remove it got clot. Caz of that my fistula hand is swelled.

Venous Hypertension: The fistula causes increase blood flow through the veins draining the arm. If the veins are blocked or narrowed (both possible because of long term dialysis catheter) the increased pressure causes more fluid to collect in the arm and cause swelling. Kidney disease or nephrotic syndrome could be a possible cause as well as congestive heart failure. But see your doctor to see if this is the issue. Carpal Tunnel?: This sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome which is a pinched nerve in the wrist that can cause numbness, tingling, pain and burning in the fingers.
