See a neurologist for an emg/nct and if the carpal tunnel is moderate or severe then you wil likely get referred for surgical release by a hand surgeon. If mild cts with minimal symptoms or symptoms that settle with nsaids, rest or use of brace then you may be managed conservatively by your pcp.
What can I do if I have primary reynaud's disease / syndrome and my hands are very hot and tingly?
Doctor visit: Your symptoms need to be evaluated. If you have a history of asthma, your doctor may instruct you to take your albuterol inhaler and to procede to their office or ed. Checking your temperature will be important information for your doctor in assessing whether there is an infection. They will also consider checking your glucose level as well. I hope that this helps.
My hand has gone from a normal temperature to hot and then to cold. It's also tingling. Why is this happening?
See your doctor: This is a problem that requires a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. I'm 31 years old and lately my right hand keeps like tingling falling alseep alot. Could it be from sleeping on it or the hot weather in florida.
Carpal tunnel??: The pattern of numbness in the right hand can tell you something about the nerves that are being compressed. If this is your dominant hand and you do a lot of work with it (ie. Repetitive hammering, sanding) you could develop carpal tunnel syndrome. This tends to affect the thumb, index and 3rd fingers mostly, although sometimes it may also involve the 4th finger. Check with your doctor.See 1 more doctor answer
My muscle twitch sometimes and I also have tingling and hot sensations in my leg and hand, thoughts?
Twitching: Muscle twitching or fasciculation in the absence of weakness or atrophy (thinning of the muscle) is a common benign occurrence. The tingling and hot sensation in the hand/ leg could indicate some form of nerve function problem. The cause of the twitching may be related to the tingling sensation. This could be due to compression, or neuropathy. Check with your doctor for correct diagnosis.
Sudden pain after gardening in right arm, getting worse, developed tingling in right hand, taken pain relief and using hot and cold packs,?
It depends: The pain makes it less likely a stroke or something which requires immediate attention. Heart attacks can create pain in the extremities but not the tingling typically. Most likely we are dealing with a nerve that is pinched, most often at the neck level. If not promptly better with conservative measures such as otc pain remedies, heat/ice...clearly worth having checked out asap.
Woke up & still 2wks later have: swollen tight hands w numbness tingling & red hot fingertips w pain in elbows. Wakes me up in night w severe pain.
Complicated: Unusual set of symptoms in one your age. Complexity indicates that a doctor needs to be involved. A neurologist seems to be the type of specialist who can best diagnose your problem. Carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome might be considerations, but these are only wild guesses. Cock-up wrist splints worn at night will help if is carpal tunnel.
What would be causing my body to feel hot and tingling sensation in my forearms, hands, feet, face, chest, no fever but headaches?
10% HCl on my hands during organic chem lab. I was wearing nitrile gloves entire time. Right hand feels hot, irritated, tingling/burning.
Seems OK.: Hcl usually gives symptoms right away. Feels just like a burn. If you have not had any significant symptoms by several hours after the lab you will be fine. Could there have been an organic contact or perhaps irritation by nitrile?
What could the following symptoms mean. Tingling in upper abdomen, tingling and numbness in both hands. ..Feel really hot and sweating a lot...
Thyroid: This could be from thyroid disease. But there are other possibilities. See your doctor for evaluation.

I don't have a fever but my body feels hot sometimes on my chest, tingling sensation all over and more in hands and feet. I have a raised pimple like rash on forearm?
Need more info: Rashes and unusual feelings should be monitored closely. Without further history it's hard to determine risks. Have you been outdoors lately? Tick bite? New medications? I would encourage you to get an appointment with a medical professional for a full exam and history. Drink plenty of fluids and rest in the meantime.
